Office Applications

Map sections can be made available on web servers for access via browser. Maps sections or parts of map sections can be directly generated as raster images (JPG, GIF) or as vector data (SVG, JAVA 2D). Visualization in vector format allows for an especially high picture 

axpand - functionality for efficient production and output of individual map sections in Raster format. Geographic extension information for each map section is stored in the axpand meta data base and can be used for geo-referencing of raster data.

axpand - quick and easy digital output of map visualizations. Entire maps or map parts can be ge-
nerated as raster images (eg. Tiff oder JPEG) or as vector data for use in office applications inclu-
ding Macromedia FreeHand®, Adobe Illustrator®, CorelDraw®.
