Updates
axpand - Multi-scale
data storage allows for deletion of dated objects and the insertion
of new objects in the update proces. The relationship between map
objects allows for consistent updating in all subsequent scales.
A critical function in map
production is updating. Usually updates are made with the
original data and the changes are automatically propagated in
other generated models and resolutions.
axpand - enables
incremental generalization instead of re-generalization of the
entire data section. Partial and incremental update is
restricted to updated objects.
