axpand Professional is a highly efficient, integrated production system for top quality cartography and includes all of the features and functionality necessary to produce high-quality maps. With axpand Professional users can visualize, edit and set up outputs for print, web and mobile products.

Data formats such as Shape, Freehand/Illustrator, GML, DXF, OSM, among many others can be seamlessly imported or migrated. Several options are available for data export and automation.

The migration of Freehand and Illustrator data is especially economical since map content and symbols are migrated practically one-to-one.

axpand Professional is available as an in-house installation or as ‘on Demand’ Software as a Service over the internet. With axpand Professional it is possible to work seamlessly with internal resources and remotely with external personnel over the internet.

Extras such as axpand label - automatic text placement, automatic grid labelling and more can be added as enhancements to axpand Professional.

One axpand Professional user is assigned administrative rights and can set up accounts for all other users. The administrator manages the user permissions of both other axpand Professional users and assigns tasks to axpand Collaborate users.

Axes Systems provides data model customization, style and signature creation and data migration as a separate service.
